          If the operator cancels due to weather or safety concerns, we will offer you a free reschedule to an available date. If the new date doesn't work for you, you'll receive a 50% refund.
          Your exact pickup time depends on your hotel location. A South Tours team member will confirm your pickup time by WhatsApp or email the evening before your tour.
          Hotel pickup and drop-off is included for most areas in Phuket. If you are staying in an unusual location (airport area, private villa, far north or south), please contact us before booking and we will confirm the transfer arrangement.
          Yes. Cancel or change your date at least 72 hours before departure for a full refund (minus 10% processing fee). Within 72 hours, bookings are non-refundable. Date changes are free if requested 72+ hours before departure.
          Please see the 'What to Bring' section above for a specific list for this tour. In general: sunscreen, swimwear, a towel, comfortable clothing, cash for personal purchases, and your camera.
          An automated booking confirmation is sent immediately to your email after payment. A South Tours team member will also contact you within 24 hours by email or WhatsApp to confirm your pickup time and any other details.
          We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to secure online payment. Bookings within 7 days of departure are handled via WhatsApp — contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you, subject to availability.
